Mine came with no liner
Dealer took it to a Line X dealer and line x removed all the cleats and reinstalled and no treaded holes were spayed shut. It did cost more than the factory liner.

I did the base Linex just last week. With tax it was around $620 out the door. I removed the tie-downs as well (first 5 came out no problem, 6th one literally the head fell off almost when i touched it with the ratchet, then the rest were a pain to remove) They filled the holes with q-tips for me.

I had bought bolts to plug all the holes to save the threads for later use, but that was a waste as it turns out. So check with you linex guy what they'll do with the many many threads inside the bed of the trucks. (about 42 threaded holes including under the rails 32 M8 & 10 M6)
