The consumers are in control.

You and many others on this website lost that control when you paid Ford $40,000-60,000 for a ford ranger and only decided to start complaining after that transaction was concluded. To Ford corporate you're a happy customer, not a lost consumer.

Next time maybe reconsider your options before you hand over $45,000 for a truck you think is lacking necessary hardware.

Did you have to contact someone for the part to be cleared through customs? Mine says it’s on hold by customs and to contact the carrier.

This is just a sour greedy move from Ford.
I’ve been trying for a year to get the J-braces from our country dealer. Nobody has a clue about it, even in neighboring countries.

Honestly this should be a non-issue and should have just come stock. Spending a fortune on a mid-size Raptor only to have it ‘missing’ a part to use the bed like a real truck is just plain ugly greed…
