First ever confirmed 2025 Ranger Raptor custom tuned via HP Tuners!!!

Those of you who are wondering if custom tuning is possible on the 2025 RR, it is!

I started this project with my buddies 2025 RR a few weeks ago. The guys at HPTuners were able to get us going pretty quickly considering it hadn't been done yet. They defined it and pushed it out for us to flash this truck.

All I do is custom tuning. The ecu needs to be swapped in order to custom tune the truck.

Once swapped then I can start the tuning process as I did above!

How much other Ford content has to go into that ECU? In other words, is it responsible for more than just the engine tune?

The ECU contents are identical to the original ECU contents now. It controls the transmission as well a other functions.

The ECU swap just puts the old ECU content on an ECU with less security. Having an ECU with less security enables us to read/write (tune) it. That's the purpose of this swap

I beleive in 5Star they did my old 2019 Ranger and it was perfect!
Bought the Ford tune for my 2024 RR and no one in New England would install it to keep my warranty.
When 5Star comes out with a tune I will buy it and say to Hell with my warrenty!
