FORD owner satisfaction survey

Anybody gotten a survey and answered it and gotten a response to the specific concerns question?
I asked them to respond to the question about the white fiber material between the bed and cab. I also asked them to respond to why J braces are not a recall item.. be interesting if I get a response, if I do, I will post it.

I complained about the lack of a grab handle on the drivers side A pillar, a split rear bench, and rear air vents. The European version also had some cup holders in the dash which seemed handy.

I could not find crap on the info screen. Not without knowing fords wording. Even then it sent me around in circles. Bought a ford manual. By ford. 50 bucks. Makes you wonder how much they make. Sent them a receipt with hand written letter (old school). Ya think I'd get a response, hell no. FORD HAS BEEN KNOWN TO EXPERIMENT ON THE PUBLIC.

When I did my survey I suggested ventilated seats and sun/moon roof and a trim level above a lariat as the F150 has.

Have you a reply about j braces? My complaint is the bed is not ford tough. I have had my RR couple months now, but boy I really hate this terrible shifter. There has to be some sort of replacement.
