Just got a reply from Fox saying no actual date but they are hoping now for late May early June…. Kicking the can down the road again. Think I’m just going to install my box of parts and get the alignment done… that should cause them to get released

Other than it just not being a priority for them I don't understand how it can be that diffcult to get these released.

That’s what I don’t understand. Say they are in development and when you have them ready say they are ready and available to ship. Such a pain…

Somewhere on a Fox internal Teams chat, somebody posted they don't understand why people keep harassing them for daily updates and should just assume the shocks are in development until they are ready and actually ship.

I guess the frustration comes from them being sold and not available then. So I do think if Fox is getting tired of being ‘harassed as you say they shouldn’t have put out a SKU and retail price and let dealers sell them as if they are real. Get my drift?

especially when the original release date was in December of last year

Passing product & pricing info to dealers and greenlighting them to take orders may actually fall within FTC guidelines for deceptive business practice if customers have paid, and proper notices and offers of refund have not been provided.

You missed my drift. I was being "facetious." Like in Zoolander when they say "Earth to..." they aren't saying it as if they're in space. Likewise, I don't work for Fox, nor do I know if they even know have a Teams channel.

It’s more a puzzlement than a pissed off to the max kinda thing. I’m not mad at the retailer and this isn’t the first time I’ve been left out hanging and waiting which I guess is what gets me. Just frustrating but eventually it’ll all work out

I'm crossing my fingers for you and hope you get the first set! And hope this doesn't become release debacles like Tesla Cybertruck or Top Gun Maverick. Very curious to see what the shocks do for our trucks.

Hey guys,

Has there been any further movement on these or any indication around availability?

I’m based in Australia, so I’d also be interested to know whether shipping here would be possible once they become available.

I know they’re already available for the F-150 Raptors, so I’d be keen to hear from anyone who has tested them, experienced them or can comment on how they perform.

My Ranger Raptor is currently running 2/1 inch springs, 35s and FMI UCAs so I’m curious how these would compare to the factory setup. Given the price point, I’m also interested in whether the performance improvement would justify the cost.

Aside from the additional height, would there be a noticeable difference in ride quality, handling, control or off-road performance? Would they be considered a clear improvement over the standard shocks or are there trade offs in comfort, CV angles or other components?

Keen to hear any feedback.

About 10 posts above this you will see that I reported a response to my email to Fox that they anticipate shipping this product at the end of May beginning of June. So they aren’t in the wild yet.

A Fox rep at Overland Expo said 30 days if that carries any weight. Not sure what or who to believe
