Just spoke to FOX and they have developed a leveling kit for 24+ 6 gen Rangers. They said it should be available 1st quarter 2026. Dobinson, Eibach and pretty soon Fox. I am wondering if they will be available via Ford Performance....hope so, that would eliminates any warranty issues. Where is Bilstein?

That’s great info. Thank you for sharing.
In September I reached out to Bilstein asking about a 5100 set as I really enjoyed the kit on my 2019.

“Thank you for reaching out to Bilstein of America. We appreciate your interest in our products.

While we do not have a future estimated release date, new applications are added regularly, and we do anticipate supporting this in the future. We encourage you to periodically check our online catalog for updates.”

Hopefully soon! I wonder what is taking these guys so long to develop aftermarket for the 6G.

Not quite sure...they have it for Broncos one would think it would just be a few minor tweaks.

What's the difference between the 1.5-3" and the 0-3"? Why the need for both? Also, having never done a leveling kit before, what else is involved besides installing the coil overs and getting an alignment?

Recalibration of the ride height. Correct me if I’m incorrect.

Should be yes.
Sometimes the headlights & even the lane departure.
Forscan
That lane departure relearn is challenging if any traffic or stops. But if you text & it can learn your weaving and help when you’re driving normally and texting….. 🤭

Over 2 1/2" (or maybe it's 3") will need new UCAs to correct the ball joint angle and ease alignment for camber.
The 0-3" is for people who want no lift, or just a little, for a better front end suspension. And gives you the option to adjust up to 3" if your desire to later.

So all I would need for a 1.5-2" leveling is to install the coil-overs which would replace the existing struts, use Forscan to re-calibrate the ride height and get an alignment? Then if I decide to adjust the height at a later date how hard is it, can it be done with the coil overs in place?
