I am putting a 2” level kit next week and already had the wheels/tires so figured I would try them out on stock. I was surprised how well they fit; there is just a slight bit of rubbing on the fender liner at full lock, I can easily live with it until it is leveled.

how bad was the rub. I want 33's but am waiting for a true suspension lift, hopefully when OME releases in US. Did some trails this weekend and stock tires really are garbage. I was slip sliding away. Do you think I could do 33's (255/80/r17) and get away with it until lift comes? You think I'd get a lot of rub on trail or just locked out?

I wouldn't try it with stock wheel\offset but with my setup the rub was minimal locked with a little flex. I didn't have it on trail at all. But, my guess is I would have noticed some in off camber situations but probably wouldn't have bothered me.

Thank you for this post. It is exactly what I was looking for. I put winter tires on my factory rims and moved the stock Goodyear tires to a set of rims I bought privately. They are 25mm offset. I read some on line posts from wheel retailers that suggested a 30mm change in offset is not recommended and I was losing sleep thinking I had made a mistake. I did some measurements and felt like, with the factory mud flaps, this amount of “poke” would be fine. Your truck looks great and I think with stock width tires on 8 inch rims at 25 offset I will be fine, at least for appearance and protecting the body from road spray. Are you getting any vibration at highway speeds or any other negative driving dynamics?

Love the look of those wheels with your truck. I’m looking at the Vector 6 from Icon in matte black. Want to go to 17 X 8.5 wheels with the 25 mm offset and 265/70/17 tires. Thinking they should fit stock no issues. How far out do the wheels/tires stick out with the 25 mm offset on those Icons? May do a 1.5 front lift to take some rake out.

Good choice. I had Vector 6's on my 2020 Raptor.
