Got a Raptor with Pro Cal tune, stock tires still, tonneau cover and I typically get between 17 to 20 on the highway depending on the headwind's / weather conditions. My long-term average is 16.7 MPG and while I don't keep my foot in it 24/7, like others, I like to play with my Raptor regularly, so I get what I expect.

My 2016 Mustang GT weighed only 3,750 lbs by comparison and also averaged only 17 MPG, but a few times I managed to eke out 27 on a highway stint with a tail wind. Fuel economy is fickle; you either have it or you don't!

Gas engines are all or nothing type of deal, there's not much in between. They are either using a lot of fuel very quickly or using very little. Get the mileage when you can't, but don't sweat it when you can't and enjoy the power / torque. You only live once

Stock 2024 RR, 35K miles on the odomerter and was showing 19.2mpg before the ProCal tune and now 19.3. Use Sunoco 94 octane almost exclusively, if that factors into the equation (other than being a bit $pendy). Have to add that a LOT of my mileage is highway, traveling 70+ miles to work and back. Funny how the "miles to empty" will show 400+ if I've just been highway cruising and down closer to 300 if I've spent the days leading up to the fuel stop playing Baja racer.
