For my first modification I just finished installing a Gator SRX from RealTruck. It was a pretty straightforward install. The clamps are a bit of a pain because you almost need three hands for that part. https://realtruck.com/p/gator-srx-roll-up-tonneau-cover/v/ford/ranger-raptor/2024/

I went with their Truxedo roll-up cover on my XLT. Only thing I don't like about it are the rear clamps are too long. When you roll the cover up, the straps on the bottom of the cover hang up on the clamps. I had the same brand cover on my Ram truck and didn't have this problem.

I have that same on on my XLT. Pretty great for the price point.
