I don't have exact specs, but you're looking at anywhere from 20"-25" for that bulkhead panel. How do you plan to mount the solar panel?
Velcro or Gorilla tape strips. Can't do anything until I know what space is available so a solar panel can be selected.

I see. Since the EFX only folds up for 2/3 bed access, it doesn't have that "A" panel at the bulkhead that would offset the width of each panel, so it's safe to say that each panel is 1/3 the length of the bed. If the bed is 5'1", you're looking at roughly 19" to 20-1/3" from seal to seal.

Adding a solar panel to that area would mean that you could only open the cover 1/3 instead of 2/3 without crushing the solar panel under the cover, so you could even go wider if you wanted to.

A flexible solar panel like this should not interfere with folding. This particular panel measures 43.0 x 22.9 x 0.1 in .
