Realtruck has been good for me, but.....
I ordered a product from them and found out (right after ordering) that it will not work.
Initiated order cancellation right away, but they delayed responding (confirming cancellation) long enough for it to be shipped by FedEx from the warehouse.
Now I have to go through the hassle of getting an RMA label from them to return it (won't even open the rather large box).

I haven't even received the order I cancelled (too late -was shipped already), yet, and RealTruck already has sent me the RMA shipping slip to return the product.
Pretty good customer service.

The gator EFX only allows two of the three panels to fold back the third is attached.
Easy access to 2/3 of the bed. For full access cover must be removed.
This right here is an important note. That fixed 3rd panel is a deal breaker for me.

It apparently is pretty easy to remove entirely, which for me mitigates this issue. In fact I don’t like the idea of folding up the panels and blocking the rear window.

Is that secure when the tailgate is closed, or can people open it?
Yes, it's secure when the tailgate is closed and locked.

Their customer support is great and told be they’ve sold over 500 of these…..
Their customer service isn't bad, but the experience has been mixed with this same product.

Got the cover, started installing it, then noticed that the bulkhead filler / seal strip was missing. Nearly a calendar week later, that part arrived, and I started installation again only to have the process stopped yet again...

The clamps for the side rails had far too much paint on them; only one of the six would even fit into the mating channel on the side rails. They're sending replacements for all the good it'll do, but I ended-up just filing down two edges of each of the clamps to get them to fit vs. putting it off yet another calendar week waiting for new parts.

A little QA when making the parts, and a little more QA when packing them would go a hell of a long way.

Most of the trifolds have a cable that is pulled to release the panel. Even with the tailgate closed/locked, a wire with a small hook can be slipped between the top of the tailgate and underside of the tonneau pulling to release it. I personally don't store anything of significant value in the bed unattended for that reason. Someone could potentially access the bed in seconds.

I ordered and received my Gator hard folding cover for my 2024 Ranger. Their instructions were to remove the two plastic bed caps for the install. Once removed you have two to three outer square holes exposed, Waiting on customer service to call me.

Where did you route the drain tubes? I'd rather not drill into the bed.

Mine will be delivered today. Was ordered late Thursday and here Saturday. I also looked at several options and was concerned about only having 2/3 of the bed open but thinking back on previous usage I don’t recall a time that full access was required. Determining factors for me were easy removal if needed and $500+ cheaper. Also seems like it’s easier to install than the backflip.

Request for a measurement if you have the Gator EFX and have a few minutes.

I'd like to know the distance between the green lines for the forward panel of the EFX mounted on a RR. Considering to mount a solar panel and need to know how much space is available. Tia.

@RealTruck Can you help with this. I tried to "contact" through your website, but the bot checker is broken.

I don't have exact specs, but you're looking at anywhere from 20"-25" for that bulkhead panel. How do you plan to mount the solar panel?
