Is there a vender in the US or a way to order these from Australia and ship to the US. Their site doesn't list USA as a place they ship to.

The RA Ranger ones are made in AU and ship to US.
Fully boxed and thick material. Why not just go with those?

I have no problem with mine. They are not sliders and not intended to be. they absolutely cover everything that needs to be protected.
How thick are the RA covers? Can't tell from the pictures.

If the GMF covers are hard to get the RA ones would be my next pick. I just really like he fully boxed design of the GMF covers

The RA’s are spot on in fit and strength. Installed them last week;

Except those are very thin and not fully boxed.
Those will bend in and brake the sensor without much force at all…
Mine are not thin at all. I would wager the bolt breaks before they bent.🤷🏼‍♂️

Those of you who have installed them. One quick question, would the design of them allow salt and grime? I live up north and worried salt will get trapped and start to corrode.
thanks

Folks talk about these being “fully boxed”, which I find confusing due to the fact that none of these solutions have six sides. None of them are sealed in any way. As far as I’m concerned the protective abilities of these guards can only serve to keep the plug from becoming unplugged. Salt and road grime build up will happen regardless to both the plug and the shield.
I can only speak to the quality of the BUBC off-road brand. They are painted in the same manner and style of the stock running boards, so they should last a good long while with regular washes, just like the other exposed surfaces, wiring, and plugs. Hope this helps?
