I started a thread on this over on 5G this morning. I think GM see the need for ICE especially in trucks and larger SUV's seeing as the towing range for EV's is very low. This int a small investment either.

Don't get me wrong I think there's a place for them but I'm just glad to see such a huge investment from GM (wish it was Ford) doing this. It might turn out to be a very smart move on their part seeing as the others are going more towards EV's. They could be the one with a truck capable of towing longer distances while the others are heavily invested in EV.

I thought GM's CEO said they were all in on Electricicals and were going to have "an all EV fleet" by something like 2035?
