I got bumped to an earlier date!

Since joining this forum I have read many threads about build dates being moved out, for Rangers and Raptors. I have yet to see one about the build moving to an earlier date. It appears based on this mornings pizza tracker that it's happened to me. Originally I was scheduled for the week of May 6th as of March 21st. This morning, as with most mornings, I check the tracker and much to my surprise, the build week is NEXT week, 4-22. I couldn't believe my eyes.

I just thought I would share some good news from the ordering (at least for me).

I am in the same boat and I am worried… I was hoping for a June or July date and not a date change of THIS WEEK… I am just not ready… my jigsaw of a puzzle to getting ready is not in place unless everything I have in the works falls into place within the next month before it arrives.. otherwise I might have to walk away

Congrats on the new date, mine still shows May 20 (ordered Mar19).

Hoping it works out for you! My Raptor was ordered July 10, 2023 and in production 3/04/24 and shows to STILL be in production as of this morning!

I'm kind of in the same boat. But it looks like mine might work out just right. May 10th or there about. Allows me to put together travel arrangements, a better down payment, and plan my trip out along with stops for accessorizing

Looking at some graphics, or air brush work. Then make a couple of stops between Louisiana and Alaska. The Sphere in Las Vegas is numero uno.

The truck could take a month to ship on rail depending on where you live. So I would estimate you could have by end of May or early June pending any rail yard delays or Ranger being held for QC.

WOW! Congrats. I just had to check because I am also scheduled for 5/6 for a Lariat. Mine, unfortunately, has not moved up; still saying 5/6.

My deal is paying the car off and saving up on a better down payment.. I do NOT want a $800-$1000 a month loan… hell $700 is pushing it because gas is going to cost more switching to this truck compared to my car… I would like to have $600 or less a month… loan… the things I have in the works are on government schedule…. So yeah

Congrats on the move up. For me I’m also scheduled for the week of May 6th. My dealer text me and they told me they got an ETA for May 27th. I’ll believe it when I see it.

So, a theory = perhaps it is the advanced towing package. superakcraig - it looks like (per the Excel sheet) that you did NOT order the Advanced Towing Package. Per the info on scheduling posted by Newface today, Limited Availability: includes " - 67X - Advanced Towing Package (Optional on Lariat 4x4)." So, if they are having supply issues, non-advanced towing may be getting moved up. IDK. Just a guess! LOL!

You might be on to something. The funny thing about that, on Saturday of this past weekend, I texted my sales person and asked if it was to late to add the tow package only. He said nope and added. Then I find out it had been bumped up. I asked him today if he had changed anything in the ordering system and he said no. He said “ford does some funny things sometimes”. Well these funny things worked out in my favor.
