I could not get them to answer if they fit but could not help but notice that the cargo management rail looks like the rail integral sells. The aluminum extrusion has the same holes for locking accessories and same hump inside the channel. They also use a similar torx bolt head on their spring loaded locks for their handles and ratchet straps. They also make locking packout panels that I might add but I’m short on space in the 5’ bed.

Here is the cargo strap added to my rail, it does require the knobs to be loosened up a lot to squeeze it into the opening in the ford cargo rail. I’m pretty sure they are the supplier for the factory rail or they order from the same manufacturer if they aren’t. Cargo strap is on the left side and makes strapping things down so much easier and faster.

I used the rail system on my Nissan all the time and miss it not being in my ranger.
