Issue with Order Tracking

Anyone else having issues with the order tracker? I enter in my order number and VIN and am getting the following:

We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.

Whew... good (but not good) to hear. I just wanted to make sure they didn't strip my order away from me! lol

I've been having that problem for months, I enter my order number and bunch of small x's to substitute not yet receiving my vin.

I think it is technical issues on their end
Mine worked 2 hrs. ago and now it does not.
I will try again later and tomorrow.

The module tracking page is down too so yes this is a backend API issue.

yeah, I 've looked at it and have no idea what it means. I have stuff listed under BCE but nothing under PCM
