2026 Ranger XLT with reflector style LED headlamps. Can one simple change out the bulb is one goes bad or is the whole assembly sealed?
The user manual shows replacing procedure for Halogen but not for LEDs.

My understanding is that they are not user replaceable bulbs. The entire assembly has to be replaced at a cost of between $1,200 and $1,800. This is another reason I extended my bumper to bumper warranty out to 7 years, which includes interior and exterior lighting.

Exactly why I asked ;) it seems that if one goes ESP 48K miles and up Flood charges a few dollars more for light protection.

Yep, I shopped around and bought a Premium Care warranty from a dealership in MI. It's crazy how the pricing for these plans varies from dealership to dealership and if you go to Ford directly, they want double the what the dealers are selling them for. The interior/exterior lighting add-on was about $40. Still the warranty out to 7 years 48k, well beyond what I'll put on the truck before I sell or trade it, was less than $1k.

There are several dealerships, like Flood Ford and Granger Ford, where many of us get our extended warranties from for prices that regular dealerships can't come even remotely close to. Literally thousands of $ difference.
