I’m looking at lighting options to illuminate more to the right and left sides than the stock oem lights do. Though they are really effective, I don’t really like the aesthetics of the a pillar mounted lights. Even in the summer, its dark on my way to work and in the winter, its dark coming home. Its not uncommon to see elk or deer along the side of the road on the way. As much as I like the wildlife in the area, I’d prefer to see them before they run in front of me. Other than A pillar lights, what other options are there. Thanks in advance for your replies.

A bumper mounted set up? Or actually, a set using the bolt holes in the opening below the grill?

I’d prefer something mounted to the grill, but was wondering if that option would give me adequate side vision. It might work if the beam was wide enough.

Chase rack mounted lights could work for this, or something mounted above the windshield (although only having two up there would look kind of goofy). A-pillar ditch lights are positioned exactly for this - wonder if you might be okay with the aesthetics of a smaller profile light like Morimoto 2-banger or equivalent.

I have two lights mounted on the lower valance below the grill and while they are nice for forward projection, they don't illuminate the sides like you want. I think a grill light position would be the same and wouldn't give you the desired functionality.

I bet you could make somwthing out of plate aluminum amd mount to the bed, just behind the cab, and mount lights aimed sideways

Nacho? I've never heard of these. Makes me wonder what type of quality they are. Have you had them for a while?
So their story is this: They are the founding members of Rigid that started their own company after it was sold to some hedge fund or something. Steve Adams was the founder of Dirt Lights that became Rigid. He is the main guy at Nacho. Just call them and you will probably talk to Justin. He can give you a lot of great info. Tell him Jordan sent you and if you are a member of a Raptor group or tell him you have a Raptor you might get a discount.

I have had the nano's for a few months and they are stellar. I also have a set of Supreme 80's as A Pillar lights. The nano's are so good that Brit from American Adventure Lab now offers a rack built for these lights. He was super skeptical about them. But I kept pressing him on it. After he got a few sets he sent me this DM : "Hey man. Those lights are crazy good. I definitely underestimated those. I am going to try to work them into some prototype products soon to test with."

I was told they picked the name Nacho because everyone loves Nacho's...Actually I just read a transcript of a podcast with Steve and it was Nacho LED, Not yo led, not yo lights. But his favorite food is nacho's.
