I’m in NC around Fayetteville. I’m looking for an off road trail that’s not super aggressive and is wide open. I don’t want any body damage it’s only got 2.5k miles I’m not ready for that yet😂 my Ranger is 100% stock let me know if you guys have anything thanks!

I looked on OnX and there aren’t really trails. Just roads in that area. Doesn’t mean there aren’t any just none that are documented.
On the east coast there are overland groups that keep routes or those kinds of roads that lead to camping. Also Forest Service roads are an option. Google Maps and downloading layers from the forest service can have results.
The east can be rough find good off-road areas and some are closely guarded secrets. Plus, Hundreds of years of using every inch available didn’t leave off-roaders much public access out there. National forests state forests state roads can be good scores. It does take some exploring or just someone that knows the areas.
good luck.

Uwharrie NF has a mix of trails. Beautiful area. Couple hours from Fayetteville. Been wheeling and riding my KTM there. Like to camp at Arrowhead Campground. Right on Badin Lake.

My son goes out to Croatan national forest/ game lands and around beaufort quite a bit. He says as long as you stay on the main trails they're not bad, just gotta make sure you wash it good with the salt. I know there's OHV trails in the area too but I'm sure they're tougher terrain more geared towards sxs.

Not sure how much is at Mott lake but very close, on fort Bragg. Uwharrie would be my next best guess, haven't done it in a few years but there were plenty bad azz at trails there. Some I would avoid, with my Ranger Raptor.
