Modified stock exhaust 2.7 w/ Y-pipe, Magnaflow muffler, cut tailpipe, downturn dump

I had the resonator replaced with a Y-pipe and a Magnaflow muffler and retained the OEM muffler. Then I shortened the tailpipe and did a turndown dump. It sounds deeper and a bit louder. This old man is pleased with the results. Also, I didn’t care for the looks of the stock tailpipe, cleaner look to me.

Id like the pipes next to each other ideally turned down at the passenger side one in front of the other almost have the pipes turn down like a 70s trans am

i ran them out in front of the rear wheels on my 79 step side chevy. straight pipes out at that spot was awesome for when someone next to you has their radio up really loud on something crappy. just rev it up and they want to get away as fast as possible, ha ha ha.

i am sure it would not be as cool on our trucks now days since we no longer have v8s but you could still get that cool look and have the exhaust higher than running it out the back by running out the side in front of hte rear wheels

trailer connection plug relocate? I have never seen one like that before, only the Adventure Lab one. Looks great. I dont know why Ford put it UNDER the rear bumper, WTF

No, that was the stock location for the trailer plug, at least on my 2025 XLT. Maybe it varies with year or trim?
