Thanks for posting the photos and thanks for the compliment. We put a ton of time into this design, exactly for the reasons you mentioned (lightweight but super strong). Glad to see it is appreciated.Just finished installing mine. I will state, there is so much aftermarket crap, these panels are not in that category. Exellent fit and finish. Very light, but when mounted they feel very strong. Very Little bed space is lost, IMO, bed space will be gained using things like QuickFists. Install was easy. I did not read the instructions, so there was some trial and error.
The only "difficult part was mounting the top 6mm bolts for the bulkhead panel. I sacrificed a number of nuts to the top of the fuel tank.
I did not need the nutzerts as my 2025 has them for the front panel on each side. The bolts for the tie downs came out easy with a small impact, and went in properly. There is thread locker on them.
To install the bulkhead upper bolts an angled needle nose will help.
If you have bedliner sprayed on, get 8mm and 6 mm Taps, Starting or Plug type and be patient.
I have a background as a machinist and machine mechanic so I know how to use a tap to chase threads without ruining them.
Your bed cover will need to be remover to install the bulkhead panel.
Suggestions: Nutzerts for the packout panel attachment points.

The nutzerts I have do not fit the mounting points. Those nutcerts are for the Milwaukee Packout plate if you chose to add that. We just include them with the panels as a just-in-case, since they don't come with the Packout panels. I checked the instructions and that seems to be overlooked. I have already setup a task for our instructions team to get this added to avoid this confusion in the future.

I'm not sure what you mean. We only have M6 (and a few M4) nutcerts, across our entire product line; nothing larger than M6. The nutcerts measure 9.15mm OD. The holes I'm referring to are cut at 9.2mm.

Sorry for the delay. I am out of the shop for an event in Colorado. When I checked your order, I checked for textured black, as that's what 90% of the orders have been and I didn't check raw. We sent a bunch of the raw ones to powder last week so that depleted our raw stock. I did check the production work orders today and yours were started. I'll check with them tomorrow morning and let them know the situation where I put my foot in my mouth. Fingers crossed that they can ship tomorrow. Sorry for the mistake.
I can accept it textured black if that would make things faster.
