Nomad Wheels - Any experience here?

Hello all,

I'm starting the hunt for some 17" wheels for my '25 Lariat and considering the 504 Field model from Nomad. I'm looking for something pretty simple and love the look of these. I like the "Everglades" Bronco wheels as well, but like how the 504 has a plain outer edge.

Does anyone here have any experience with Nomad wheels? They list the correct bolt pattern (I'm pretty sure) as available and I think the +35 offset would work with what I have in mind (1.5 - 2" lift, 285's).

They're big with the Toyota guys.....decent reputation from what I understand. I've been eying the Sahara model myself but haven't seen any mounted up on a RRaptor yet.

Do it! I dig the look and these are on my 'shortlist' (in the field gray finish).
No experience with Nomad but seem to have positive reviews online.

Thanks friends! Tire rack's visualizer only has the 5G Ranger, but it gives a pretty good idea of the look. I'm leaning towards the field grey like @TractorFixer, could be a nice change from all the black wheels out there (including the stockers on my truck ).

Weird - Tirerack has the 6G Ranger available for me...

Not sure Tire Rack's Cactus Gray is exactly right, but think it would pair well with the gray Nomad wheels.

Just getting around to replying to this.... Thanks @TractorFixer for figuring out the TireRack Raptor image hack! : ) I did a preview of Marsh Grey with the silver Nomad Field 504, kinda like it... I'm working on photochopping a mockup with a Smart Cap, no Raptor graphic and the front end leveled out so I can get as good an idea as possible what it might look like. Thoughts?

 

[Custom Offsets]

We carry Nomad wheels. Like stated, they are very popular with the toyota crowd. They definitely offer a unique "classic" look.

Will the 0 offset cause these to rub on a stock RR? Or poke out too much? That's one of my concerns given the stock offset is +55.


Would love to get everyones thoughts!

I would bet the 0 offset would rub, given the stock 55 offset. I went with the 35 offset, and I imagine I'll have to remove the crash bars (with 275/70/17's), but we'll see. I'm having the wheels/tires/2" lift done Monday.

Thanks! That's what I thought. The Sahara model that I really want is only available in 0 offset...bummer.
