Plastic part from passenger side front wheel well

Anyone recognize this plastic piece from the passenger front wheel well? Was installing mud flaps and found it on the ground, couldn’t find its home. Also didn’t find a corresponding one on the drivers side.

Most likely a retaining clip for the fender flare
Flat part slips onto back of the flare and the pointy part goes into a corresponding hole in the fender to hold the flare on.
