In addition to the power increase, did you notice a change with transmission shift quality?

Yes, the shift points seem to be sharper and more predictable. This may be due to up in part to TCU software upgrades as well. I can say for certain, because l don't know if such upgrades were actually included with the ECU upgraded software. ??
