I purchased the truck a few weeks ago and natuarlly I had to start tinkering. I sold my 2021 Audi RS5 to get back into a truck and I couldn't be happier with the Ranger Raptor.

Parts Installed:
- Process West Stage II FMIC with the Stage II hot & cold side piping
- Process West Intake & Crossover
- Turbosmart BOV
- Miltek cat-back exhaust
- Ford Perfromance Tuner
- Addictive Desert Designs front bumper with Baja Designs lights
- Synergy 1.5" wheel spacers

Future Upgrades:
- FMI 2.5" front suspension collars
- FMI suspension sensor guards
- ADD rear bumper
- paint matched fender flares and decal delete
- rim & tire upgrade afrer I wear the stocks out
- SPD downpipes

The install process could have been a bit easier with two people, but a floor jack and some creativity can get the job done solo. I figured if I'm replacing the front bumper I might as well throw a Stage II FMIC in there... this is how I validate my actions. The quality of the PW parts is top notch. One thing to note is that the American Rangers have shutters on the intercooler and radiator, whereas the Australian models do not have shutters on the radiator. I had to take a few extra steps to remove the radiator shutters so the FMIC would fit. I'm super happy with the results, the truck sounds awesome and the power has definitely increased. I plan on checking gas mileage after the tuner has had some time to learn the truck and my driving habbits. From what I understand the tune adapts over time for optimum power, shift points, etc.

These forums would be so much easier to use if people didn't include massive quotes to a simple question that's actually answered in the massive quote.

"-Miltek cat-back exhaust"

I’m a big fan of Process West products after having one of their TMIC on a turbo Legacy spec.B. Quality is top notch. I like your build.

Also welcome to the “community”. Actually are some decent folks around and you can find some posts informational. Alpine is the smartest person on the planet, just ask him. 😅 His posting style is inflammatory and prepubescent… and after he interprets someone else’s research or information in a half cooked manner, he will die on the hill that his posts are “always right” 🙄
My many years of Motorsport experience beg to disagree with you.

My intention was not to shame you. It was simply to point out that you can make more power per $ elsewhere…

It’s the internet, not a dick, try not to take it so hard!

Is your truck a 2025 model year? I have a build date of May 5th and want the Ford performance tune when I pick it up. But I've been hearing that the Ford performance tune isn't available yet for the 2025 trucks?

Whether you’re right or wrong, debates can be made. However, if your intention is to educate and use your years of experience as an argument of reasoning I think everyone here mostly agrees that you’re doing it wrong.

You definitely have a personality issue and a conceited temperament. Just be cool, be a bro, and deliver the information as an educator would not an elitist. It’s really not that hard…

OP- The truck looks great and I appreciate the post. It’s always great to be able to get build ideas from RR pioneers.

In my truck the upgraded intercooler decreased the IATs considerable vs the stock IC. According to the dyno no performance was lost because of that, on the contrary.

I can't figure out if it's hate, product pushing or just pure ignorance. One thing is for sure, you don't know what you're talking about at all. Another thing, this was my first post in this community. I included some information about my install that I thought was useful and could help others. Lots of people strolling through here and not one positive comment or greeting. I think I remember why I stopped waisting time posting in forums. There better used as a resource.

Guys, if you want a FMIC upgrade, buy the one Alpine recommends. They only increase volume by 2x.... lmao!
This forum is my only social networking I've ever done and I've gotten beaten up a lot. My wife and I have twin Ranger Raptors that we are keeping stock for a couple years, but I'm the type of person who likes to know everything about everything, so thanks for your well laid out build. I appreciate it very much. Welcome aboard my friend !

Why not just get some much lighter aftermarket wheels instead of the spacer and keeping the heavy ass stock beadlocks which are 37lbs, you can get some nice after market 0mm offset wheels that are 25lbs or less.
