It’s funny how people think that the American made trucks and the global market trucks made in Thailand are “the same”.

Same basic layout! That’s it!

What are the differences that effect accessory installation? Where you able to find the official Ford Accessory Guide for NA and ROW Rangers to compare?

The truck's are made from the same basic plans, but alot of the parts are not directly interchangeable. Different manufacturing machines, assembly line process's, tolerances, etc.
I'm sure we'll have more published info of the exact differences once Ford actually gets off their asses and starts shipping the US ones.
