RAPTOR grill badge 3d print

I keep seeing these Raptor and R badges for sale but can’t bring myself to paying for something I can print myself for a few dollars or less. I found a STL file that was 4 euro so I decided to modify it to add zip tie holes and a taper to the back so it would fit the grill shape. I scaled it to about 10” overall(250mm) and it looks right to me. I was trying to print it as a one piece design but was getting some color bleed and didn’t feel like adjusting purge between colors so I printed the text separate. I received separate files for each also so it was easy to get everything how I wanted. I printed mine in Bambu lab PC FR black and grey since I think it is close to the avalanche.

Let me know what you think, I will add these later to my maker world account so they can be used for free for someone with a printer. I would use PC/ASA/PETG or something that can handle UV but for the amount of filament used you can reprint if they start to get brittle or fade.

It was on eBay, they were more than me buying the stl and the cost of filament.
