Yea I had to adjust the drivers side a little, that’s no big deal. The passenger is completely off.
Are you sure it is fully seated in the mirror housing. I would try pulling out and putting back in.

Yep, that was my first thought as well, but it’s seated as it should be.

my passenger was also fully on the running board, I had a moment of anger as it was just like the other companies, but I spun it with the pins and it lined right up

Hey everyone, I'm having the same issue that @CT801 is. They don't seat correctly. I have attached a video, not sure if I did it correctly, but if you can view it, you will see how loose it is. It is the same on both sides, the video is of the drivers side. I have also attached a picture of the drivers side next to the stock one and you can see there is a "lip" on the Lux lights, but not on the stock ones.

I also noticed that everyone that has no issues are running the solid color lights. Both @CT801 and myself have the white with the red outline. I'm wondering if there is a difference. Any chance one of you that are having no issues could take a pic of your lights to compare?

Also any advise would be appreciated. I have also DM'd @Signature Lux to see if they have any advise.

I just checked mine. When I push on mine, like you did in video, its solid. It's not moving like yours is. I have solid orange color.

I put aftermarket bright ones off Amazon several years ago and they stayed in tight til this spring when they both started to pop out. Wondering if uv rays degraded the plastic a bit. I wrapped about 1.5 wraps of electrical tape around them and popped them back in and they haven't budged

Both of mine are actually seated pretty solid, like they fit just fine, but the way the light is projected is off. And it’s just the passenger side too, the driver side is perfect. @Signature Lux hasn’t responded to messages here, nor emails to their contact us option on their website.

Hi there!

We actually replied to your email on 05/04/2025—just wanted to check if you’ve seen it. We’re currently looking into this and just need a bit more info from your end. Most of the puddle lights from that batch were seated properly, but we've seen about 5–6 sets that seem a little off.

We suspect this batch might’ve been mixed with f150 Raptor. Appreciate your patience and support! Rest assured a replacement is underway. :)

Oh man, I don’t have anything in my inbox, or even the junk folder so I apologize for stating I’ve not received anything, I just never got anything. But it’s good to know that a replacement is in the works.

There’s the possibility my email was either typed incorrectly by myself when I submitted or you guys in reply. It happens, I appreciate you replying here though. I will be patient with waiting for a fix or replacement. Thanks for the reply.

Yep, that’s how my passenger side is, it hits the side step.

Got mine installed today.
Passenger side I had to adjust, they were shinning onto the door. But once adjusted look great.
Drivers side was spot on. Not adjustment needed. Apologies for the bad drivers side pic. Truck gets parked next to a streetlight.

I got mine, but they are not as bright as expected. They are invisible until it's very dark outside. Are mine defective? I had cheap aftermarket puddle lights from Amazon installed on my other cars before, and they are a lot more visible.

So what's the verdict on these?

Brightness\Fit ok on a 25 RR?

or should I wait for Gen2
