Attached are the respective part #s for those interested in converting their North America trucks to have rear A/C from the center console. Unsure if the parts are available to be ordered, but just wanted to post either way and hope it helps some people out.

Thanks for posting this, because I've been really curious about what it would take to bring my US version of the ranger up to par with the rest of the world's rangers with regard to this ac vent. The US versions have the vents under the front seats, right? It would be helpful to verify the part numbers for the duct work up to that point, because looking at the first pdf it looks like we (in north america) are just missing 19b680 and 19893. If it really is this easy, then I don't see why ford didn't include this for us, other than cutting a few dollars from production. On the one hand, as a consumer I hope it's easy to add this vent, because I don't really love my 100lb dog slobbering on my shoulder because she's hot and is trying to get closer to the cool air blasting from the front. On the other hand, if it's that easy to add, then this is just another case of Kumar Galhotra cutting costs at the expense of usability and user-perceived value.

I thought I saw the need for two ducts going towards the center rear vent. And they still have the under-seat vents as well. The main question I have is do we (NA) have the openings in the blower housing assembly to add these ducts?

The heater and evaporator assemblies appear to be different to allow the ducts from the console to attach to it. Could still be doable though DIY if it's just dremeling open a slot in the evap/heater assemblies for the ducts to attach to.

Would be cool if this were possible. I had a Golf 5 without rear AC events s and there where plugs under the dash where the ducts would got o the back. I bought a duct and the outlets and was good to go. Not sure if a 6g Ranger is similar, but it'd be cool if it were.
