My rear fender flare on my Ranger Raptor popped off slightly at the top but the rest of the fender is held on place. Not sure if it was from off-roading or wasn’t installed right at factory.

Any ideas on how to pop it back in place? Do I need to remove the entire wheel well cover? I tried removing the screws that hold on the flare but it doesn’t want to budge for popping the fender back in place. I’m afraid if I pull on it might break the rest of the internal clips that secure the fender to the sheet metal. If all else fails I will take it in for warranty claim.

Best bet it to let them worry about it, that’s what a warranty is for. You mess it up that’s on you. They mess it up, it’s solely on them.👍🇺🇸

It should just press into some clips. If it won't, I bet a couple of these guys are broken.

If they are broken, I bet it's a warranty issue. The square part slides into the flare and the body goes through the sheet metal on the fender. You can get to them form the back if you remove the wheel liner. It's a PIA on the standard Ranger, but maybe easier on the Raptor with the fabric liner?

Good to know. Yeah I bet one of those is broken. I tried removing the wheel liner and it’s a pain in the ass. I couldn’t get the dam felt liner to pop out after removing all the clips. I think I’m gonna take it in for a warranty claim and let them break the clips trying to get it apart.

I had the same problem with mine. I noticed after about a week. The dealer took care of it.
