As far as I can remember the front wasn't bad to remove I think I had to pull the top of the grille out a little and remove the nuts from the back of the emblem. The tailgate emblem I think I had to pry off it had clips. I don't have the Ranger anymore. I traded it in for a new 2025 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 at the end of August.I assume so. I'm planning to purchase them painted from a guy in FL and he'll ship them to me. I dread trying to get them apart though. Especially the front grille.
i hope that truck treats you well. it looks nice.As far as I can remember the front wasn't bad to remove I think I had to pull the top of the grille out a little and remove the nuts from the back of the emblem. I liked my Ranger but I put my Corvette away for the winter so I wanted something a little more bold and sporty than the Ranger for the winter. Also, the Ranger didn't have a full time all-wheel-drive mode which I wanted for my wife.i hope that truck treats you well. it looks nice.
my son's girlfriend has a 24 zr2 or z72 and they both enjoy it a lot. its been trouble free since she got it, last feb, and they drive it all over texas since her family is in houston, 4 hours from here
Do you have to take the grill off the truck to get the front one off? It’s not difficult to remove the emblems, the front you access from behind the grill, and the rear pries off.
Taking them apart to paint, requies the gentle approach,as they are fragile at the O.

Depends on the size of your hands, you can fit them back there, but once you’ve undone everything from the top and pulled it forward, its just as simple to pop the few remaining clips to release the bottom.Do you have to take the grill off the truck to get the front one off?
Makes sense. Just as easy to remove it.Depends on the size of your hands, you can fit them back there, but once you’ve undone everything from the top and pulled it forward, its just as simple to pop the few remaining clips to release the bottom.
I do not,I can’t imagine there being a differenice in the main portions of the frames between the 2 models.Makes sense. Just as easy to remove it.
On a seperate note: do you know if the Ranger Raptor side steps fit on the XLT?
