Replace rearview mirror dashcam with homelink buttons and a rear camera

I want a rear view mirror with homelink buttons. I hate having to find the buttons on the visor when it is blocking the sun.

I would love to have the mirror be a direct replacement so I don't have to run new wires.

It would be great if the Wolfbox had homelink but it specifically says it doesn't.

I would like the rear camera to be mounted by the rear license plate so I can use it when the tailgate is down.

Any ideas?

I have fixed the metal clip of the garage door control - On a CRV 2021- and will put it in my '25 Wildtrak. ITS DETACHABLE, so its the best of both worlds.

Made a slit on the plastic (or between two pieces) and fixed it internally with two small screws on the interior, bent the metal strip so a half side its outside. just slide the control to hold it as it was designed.

The rangers have a ample rectangle between the sunglasses holder and the accessory switches, where you could fix the clip:

GLUE IT the back piece remains and can be opened to replace battery by prying normally. or
FIX IT WITH SCREWS. unbend the piece, drill 2 holes in the metal piece, put self tapping screws to fix it to plastic *tightened by hand to prevent stripping itf and bending back the metal piece, you could put any control there.

I decided to go with the Tailwind iQ3 Device that opens the garage when the vehicle approaches and gets within 250 feet and closes when the vehicle is leaving and gets more that 250 feet away.
