Rival Tow Hook Install question

Hello everyone,

For those that installed Rival tow hooks on a Ranger Raptor, could you please help me with the bracket orientation? The pictures Ive looked at and videos I have watched have not detailed which direction they should go, and although quite minimal, there is a angle difference on the brackets but I cant seem to figure it out. O know I should use the larger brackets for the Raptor, I get that, but then in my order, they sent a 3rd pair of brackets which is totally confusing me now (part #2333.1884.1.6.RK). Does anyone know what this part is for specifically?

I’ve installed them. I only got two sizes of brackets. I’d ignore the third.

I installed them like in this picture from the install manual.

I’m not sure where the confusion lies?
