RR broken/snapped axles possible fix

I was in contact with RCV Performance out of Illinois about someone making rear axles for our platform. If you snapped an axle and tried looking to replace it there’s nothing out there. Dealerships have no eta on getting them in stock. Could be months or worse years. RCV recommends Mark Williams to possibly make up a set. I mentioned this to Nathan @ DirtD Motorsports. If there’s enough interest I’d recommend Nathan contact Mark Williams to try to get the best deal to get these made.

74weld portal kit. Since I couldn’t find anything I end up biting the bullet and paying for the portals. But after I purchased them I kept researching semi float axles and finally got a name that could possibly have a fix for us. There’s also a company in Australia that has a kit to make the semi float axles to full float but the cost is pretty high also.

This is the reason I personally don't think the stock powertrain can safely manage more than what the Pro Cal offers. Engine, transmission, diffs, transfer case and axles. When Ford Performance does their cals, they do 60k wear analysis to see if there is any observable difference in wear from a stock vehicle after their initail development testing. They look at slip energies in the transmission, load values on the powertrain, band temps etc. All the same metrics used during development.

If there is, they wouldn't pass it and make adjustments. I think the idea behind the Pro Cal is that it gives you as much as it can while still allowing you to beat on it regularly without breaking anything during hard use (aside from doing outright stupid things that your fault). It's intended to maintain stock-like durability for hundreds of thousands of miles.

The more you push power, the more stress there is on those critical components, and the engineered safety margines get eaten up until stuff starts to break. That's why there is a saying "you gotta pay to play", aka you'll find the weak links soon enough, but then you fix than then something else might break because it was all originally developed as a system where all the links are equally strong for the application, now that power has increased substantially, it's an expensive game of cat and mouse until you break all the weakest parts and once again have a durable system.

Not saying there's anything wrong with pushing big power if you got the money / time, but stuff like that, causes huge headaches and expenses that most people are NOT equipped for, it is just part of the game. If you do get the time / money, I'm sure it's quite rewarding to have a hoonicorn monster to drive though!!! 600 HP...that would be a lot of fun if the OP gets the durability issues sorted out, good luck!
