I need to run a CB antena cable from the bed into the cabin. Right now it just passes through the door, but I already have cracked the cable and got paint damage.

Is there any gromit or pass through at the back to ran any wiring into the passenger area?

Yes there is. On drivers side behind back seatback there is a grommet pass thru. You’ll need a flashlight or bright daylight to see from above the bed looking down. Need to remove the ‘fabric’ backing on rear wall to access

If your cable is long enough you could run it down one of the access holes in the bed, run it down to the bottom and zip tie it along the existing wire loom. Then bring it up and go through the firewall with a split grommet like this. It’s what I did to get the rear camera cable out towards the bumper.
