I find them really quiet so far. But at just under 1k miles, pretty much every tire is quiet. So the jury is still out on that one. Also I have some wind noise issues I need to address that are coming from the driver's window and mirror area, so I may be missing some noise coming from the tires.

Here is a pretty good review from a guy running these exact same tires on a jeep.

That's a good review, for someone that drives a Jeep. :p

He says, better traction and quieter that the KO2s. Man, I thought KO2 was the bestest tire anybody would ever want, but that seems to be declining.

I've got awhile before Casper, that's what my wife calls her white RR, will need a new set of tires but Mickey Thompson maybe others do too makes their "Baja Boss" AT in 255/85R17 which puts them just a sliver under 35in tall and they are still narrow as well as they don't weigh a ton.

I think I'm going to put a 1.5 front 1.0 rear strut lift on it and if the stock tires look like shit after that I'll probably look at a set of these metric skinny 35's.

I had BFG MT's in 255/80R17 on a stock height Jeep Wrangler once and they were great on that.
