Seat issues

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? It came like this from the factory and unfortunately I didn’t have time to take it in and now I probably have too many likes for the to replace my entire back seat over it.

I've tried leather cleaner and conditioner both didn’t have a change to it. It’s also wavy for some reason.

I believe this type of issues would be warranted! Give you’re dealership service the opportunity to make it right.???

I wonder if that could be an indentation of the seat heating pad behind the seat cover?
