SKID PLATES?

I went with the RCI 3/16 steel for more durability. They are heavy though. I weighed them and they are 84 lbs heavier over the stock Ranger Raptor skids. It also includes the front bash plate replacement.

I think that is brand of the front part i bought to connect my wife's aftermarket bumper to the frame under the wrangler. A lower skid so it alides instead of hooking the subframe, or whatever ita called

so just to be clear for the RCI skids, theres a "raptor" and "non raptor" front engine skid, but the transmission and transfer case skids are not specific and are universal between the two models right?

I have all the Rival skid plates as seen in the above photos and have been thrashing them rock crawling in my RR on several trails including Top of the World, Hells Revenge in Moab, several trails in Sand Hollow and the Toqeurville falls trail outside of St.George Utah. They are tougher than one might think. To me they are somewhat sacrificial in that if they bend to the point that they need to be replaced, they have done their job. I don’t know how they compare to steel in terms of weight savings, but they have held up really well.
