Sync changes audio source randomly

Hello

I have the following annoyance:

By default, I listen to music from a USB stick. Unfortunately, the Raptor often (but not always) switches to my cell phone by itself and plays an audiobook from the Audible app (or less often) music from iTunes.
That annoys me terribly... I then have to switch everything back again while driving.
Is there a setting somewhere (Raptor or iPhone) that prevents this auto-play?

So you plug the USB stick into a USB port on the truck? correct?

Yeah this seems to be a CarPlay thing. Whenever it connects it seems to take over whatever source you’re listening to. Does it on my partners Hyundai too

I've had this same issue. It definitely has to do with Carplay. It does the same thing when I'm listening to SiriusXM, AM/FM or a USB drive.
