Does anyone know what the threaded holes in the bulkhead are for? I know some of the holes are for manufacturing, but there are two threaded holes (one on each side of the bulk head) I'm curious about.

I put stainless steel eyebolts in them from Amazon. Good tie down points, but I would not crank something down too hard on them. Pretty sure they are 8mm.
there are also 6 (8?) 6mm threaded holes up underneath the rails. I bought eyebolts for them and hang Velcro straps with the carabiner. Use them for things like stabilizing gas cans or pool bleach or light duty tie downs.

This is the link for the 6mm ones under the side rails. I don’t remember if the front rail is 8 or 10mm. There are a couple threaded ones. I used the eyebolts with nuts and washers on those that aren’t threaded.

no, I don’t run them all the way up. Any shorter, you would have trouble finding/using them from outside the bed.

I think they are there to let in additional water into the truck bed as there may not be enough holes under the plastic bedrail caps for water infiltration. 😈

Looking at your picture again, the holes are different than my 24 XLT I have 2 threaded holes on each side of the bulkhead and the center is just a hole with no threads. That one is the one I put a nut and washer on the eye side and a washer and nut on the back to secure it. I wonder why they changed them.
