BTW is there a way to get rid of this message? It would be nice to keep an eye on my Jeep without that message blocking part of it.
Check the Forscan thread. I remember seeing the settings in the Google sheet and I have seen folks posting that they made the chance on their trucks.

i have two tjs in the yard. one is unstoppable and the other is never working. all i have done is chase wires on the one. what a pain in the ass that 97 wrangler is.

the 03, its been rolled down a mountain in colorado, lost reverse years ago, driven across texas to other states multiple times, and starts 100% of hte time. and it started life as a mail jeep.

Went >250k miles each on ‘97 and ‘02 TJ and same for ‘08 JK. ‘02 was way more reliable. Never should have sold it. ‘08 was a maintenance nightmare even though the engine and trans held to the very end when they tanked simultaneously.

we got rid of our 07 jku early, right around 110k miles because it just wasn't comfortable and got horrible gas mileage. the wife has a 19 jlu now that is night and day different from any other wrangler we have ever owned and brought us back to having a wrangler as a daily. its my wife's daily and we have taken it across states once or twice and really enjoy it.

that 03 tj we have will probably never get sold. its ugly now that its been rolled but its always a faithful back up vehicle in case of an emergency

My 2000 pictured is near mint. No rust. Cyl head cracked at 110K and previous owner didn't know and overheated it. Engine was rebuilt by a local mechanic, transmission and transfer case rebuilt at the same time. It has a new Clearwater head. Since I've owned it I did a complete cooling system including Mopar radiator and water pump. New head unit with powered sub. I took off the ridiculous looking 31x10.5s mounted on 12 inch wide rims and dumbo ear fender flares, chrome running boards:giggle: and chrome mirrors and returned it to stock with a set of Ravines with 30x9.5s. Does everything I need it to do and done some pretty challenging trails with those 30's. I'd get 31x9.5's if they were more readily available.

She's now closing in on 130K and running great. It's main job is following behind our motorhome.
