(Vendor Update) Stay Away from f150leds.com

UPDATE: I emailed them about my complaint with the FTC and they did send me a pre-paid postage label. That is all I wanted, I am willing to purchase a set when they come out with the ranger raptor specific lights. They stated the following:

We have received positive feedback from other customers who have successfully installed this product on their Ranger Raptors. The photos we shared with you in our previous email were provided by these customers, confirming that the product is compatible with Ranger Raptors, albeit with some modifications. We are planning to offer more products for this model and will soon provide more detailed installation instructions specific to Ranger Raptors. We would be delighted to assist you with any future purchases you may consider from us.

I maybe should have read through some posts here first and I wouldn't be in this situation, hindsight is 20/20.

Ordered the amber grill lights gen3 using the truck finder feature for the 24 ranger on the main page of their site. An important detail is they have a picture of the ranger raptor with them installed so i figured easy right? not even close to being a fit. I requested a return and they approved it but no shipping label and not the full amount. I went on chat back and fourth for about 30 min till they just stopped replying. Basically I said it says right on your main page "FREE Returns":

And they said that only applies if you want store credit which i DID not. They said its clearly stated on their return page buried somewhere on the site they sent AFTER I requested a refund and asked for the label, I said they are intentionally misleading people by saying "free returns" on the main page. Also, they are only offering to refund about 90% of what it cost, not the full amount, seems like they are taking the shipping to me out of the refund.

Long story short, Don't buy anything from these guys, they are the scummiest and basically told me to fuck off when I brought valid concerns about the "free return" on the main page and showing they fit on the ranger raptor when you select the lights. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and will be contacting my credit card to get the rest of my money back. Why would anyone think to do that when it literally says "Free Returns"?? you are more than likely affiliated is my guess

That's only half the point, the other half is they have a ranger raptor there with the lights installed and there is no way in hell that those lights fight the way they show it on the page where you select gen3 or 2 and the color... It doesn't fit, (the part where i should have looked here first) clearly false advertising and scummy. Also, "RISK FREE" is mentioned, if loosing 30-40 bucks is risk free i guess... Now if they took responsibility I wouldn't have even made this post.

The photo that was referenced above is our grill light kit installed as directed and not modified in any way. This is further demonstrated in the multitude of photos listed on our product page and on this very forum by many other fellow Ranger Raptor owners. We would have loved to work through the installation issues together.

Our return policy is clearly stated in multiple areas. We confirmed with our support team that you were offered free return shipping and full refund even though you were very antagonistic towards them.

Not antagonistic, I asked for a pre-paid label, they denied it, i raised the point its not very "risk free" and it there is no "free returns" if you can only get a pre-paid label if I only accepted store credit and not a refund which I had a problem with. That did piss me off but who wouldn't get pissed? It was like you were taking my money hostage to only be used on your site. I had to open a complaint with the FTC before you guys provided the label and offered a full refund... Like get real

Yes, no point i beating a dead horse, a pointer if I may, teach your chat support people those level of satisfaction standards, if they shared that 110% satisfaction value this post never would have been created.

I have used their products for sometime now, excellent customer service! I had a light fail 1 1/2 years after I installed them, contacted them to purchase a single replacement, three days later I had it free.
