Here in Australia we dont have shutters on the main radiator, but we do on the intercooler.
After removing these and fitting a Wagner Intercooler I was getting a DTC for Active shutters on the intercooler. Mainly because the motor couldnt find its position.
I made the attached so that it has the right stops in place for the motor to think the shutters are still there. Print it PACF6 or better if you can, works perfectly.
