CVF intercooler/intercooler question

Ordered a CVF intercooler and got it today. Opened the box and found the outlet side bent. Will this bend stop the intercooler from sealing? I’m not familiar with this style intercooler connection so I’m hoping it’s just a cosmetic issue and I won’t have to deal with the hassle or returning it. I’ve reached out to the vendor I bought it from but I’m waiting to hear back.

I would return it. If the pipes not round no guarantees you have a perfect seal. And can result in a boost leak causing tons of issues

So I ended up with a discounted one that was bent on the cold side I believe, it was claimed that it didn't effect the sealing but I simply bent it back carefully with a adjustable wrench. If you paid full price I'd ask for a partial refund or free exchange, that's damaged goods there
