New TURBOSMART Intercooler (Installation Pics)

Following up…just installed this today as well as turbosmart’s BOV…had this installed in the driveway with no lift in 30-60 minutes (two individuals, my fadre and I).

In my opinion…Turbosmart did an amazing job. I went out soon after and did multiple pulls time and time again with zero noticeable changes.

I’m not the most mechanically inclined, but I’m trying. This was a fun project/install to work.

The second time pulling the Intercooler and putting it back in took literally 10 minutes. It’s crazy how easy it is compared to my Explorer ST

I have a goosetune pulling close to 500hp and this is a must have mod if you wanna keep your turbos and engine happy and breathing cool

I plan to go Wagner this spring, good price and easy install keeping the rear shrouds. I am in Maine so I don't need the biggest IC available.
