I ordered some Timbren SES for towing and the stock bump stops were very difficult to remove.

One side came off after a large breaker bar, the other side bolt snapped off inside.

I have little experience with broken bolts, I am honestly not sure what I am going to do.

It was probably loctited. Not sure what the bolt looks like or where it's located, but my approach would probably be something like

Reverse drills and/or EZ Out bits. Drill first then apply generous heat, then use the EZOut bit. Never Ever use impact tools on stuff like this. A wrench by hand gives more power yet lets you feel the resistance. Air impact tools are for speed, never power or leverage. That's a good way to break bolts off.

Made my living turning wrenches for 40+ years....
