Well that was a pain in the butt! I had to remove the Module as well. Heads up to anybody else trying to do this. Some of the plastic molding around the wires are razor sharp . It's not really a job if you didn't bleed. Right?
But it works great and was worth the 100 bucks IMHO
Thanks for the info. I probably will do this too once it comes back in stock so I appreciate the info! Normally the stop/start feature in a vehicle doesn't bother me, but in this truck (or maybe all Fords) it is awful. It activates way too frequently, and then even without removing foot off the brake and just sitting still at a light, the engine always comes back on in about 10 seconds. What's the point of this feature? Saving 10 seconds at each stoplight can't make that much difference.

Also, why does the display have to have a pop up with OK button when it is deactivated by switch? To turn the dag nab feature off two buttons have to be pressed rather than just one.

Does anyone know what material surface #11 is made of? I worry it may be petroleum based. These are listed as latex rubber. Reason I ask is because I took #11 off and noticed an oily residue and a slight bump in the plastic underneath. I would have thought all the internal plastics were polymers but those don't react to latex. Oil based plastics, however...

So warning, anyone with these might want to check that one specifically.
I checked mine and so far, it all looks fine. Will keep an eye on it.

I am just guessing here, but the reason the engine restarts after 10 seconds is to keep your a/c at the set temp. Test by turning off your a/c at the next light and see if the engine remains off.

Got my tufskinz “liquid chrome” ranger inserts today. Like them much better than I even thought I would.

I showed my wife who suggested I wash it with dish soap
She thinks it may be from the Manufacuring process.
Also thinks the dip was always there and this had nothing to do with it.
After it dries will try again and keep checking.
Will report back what happens.

I took mine out and left it in the garage. The slight bump in the cubby is gone.

Spray-in bed liner done a couple days ago, installed a tonneau and swing box today, don't mind the dirty bed, I was crawling around in there for a while digging bed liner out of the mounting holes. Whoever the dealership had do the bed liner also managed to "misplace" my tailgate torsion rod, took them a couple days to find it, got it put back on today also.

Installed my Gator SRX tonneau cover and Elevate Rack system. I am overall pleased with the set up, but I am considering bolting the Elevate t-slot rails to the bed cap for extra security and stability.

Thanks. I wasn’t a fan of the OEM, but also didn’t want it to be naked. This was my compromise.
I’m not a fan of the naked look either because it gives off a basic Ranger vibe. The matte black though looks sweet. It has a nice stealth look to it.
