Found one box of parts fornthe bullet point mounts in the garage. It fits the offroam base perfectly.

Now i need to find the box with the phone clip section

Got the Ford Performance Tune installed on my 2024 XLT V6. Put about 35 miles of mixed driving on it today. Noticed an immediate difference in shift points and how power is delivered between 2k and 4k RPMs in Normal Mode. I'm not chasing 0-60 times or looking to impress myself with dyno printouts, but the engine seems much more responsive now and isn't asking the transmission to do.a bunch of stuff at once. More to come in the tune itself and I have a CVF intercooler on the way.

I test fit some large Plano sportsman's trunks on my cargo carrier tonight. They sit right at cab height, so I'm happy with them. I used some 1" wide ratchet straps to hold these down, but I feel like there's a better way. Does anybody have any experience with mounting these trunks?

Also, threw a Bed Buddi in the bed for grabbing totes that are up near the cab. This is a magnet mounted cargo hook, but the extra thick Line-x won't let the magnets work too well. So I stuck the hook end in a tie down ring and let the other end magnet to the side of the bed. We'll see if it stays put.

Finally was able to get the truck out to the dunes and "test" everything out. The Ranger somehow manages to look like a baby truck while also being the heaviest in that picture.

Today I installed Process West Stage 1 intercooler charge pipes and intake crossover pipes. Turned out great! I was a major PITA though. The only thing worse than this was replacing a blend door motor on a 2004 Ford Explorer. Took 9 hrs and my hands started cramping up the last hr or so. I have an intercooler coming Wednesday from CVF so I’m all ready for an easy swap. Still waiting to decide on intake options. I definitely won’t ever be going back to stock on the pipes, they are here to stay!

Yep. It was a PIA. It was easy to remove the old, but the new is what took so long. Tight spaces and hard to reach to get everything adjusted and tightened just right. 32 hose clamps to tighten with a 7mm socket. One of the rubber sleeves that went to the larger turbo had a manufacturing defect and was too thick to fit on the red pipe side. Spent an hr and a half just on that. No amount of heat, lube or brute force would get it over the lip. Ended up shaving off some material from the inside of the sleeve with a super thin razor blade to finally be able to get it to go on.
