She's going in next week to have a couple of things tweaked that I noticed during the PDI so I can get them to deal with it, but wondered if anyone else had encountered this.

Windshield washers don't spray. When I activate them I can hear the motor working fine. And yes, the reservoir is full of washer fluid. But nothing comes out of the nozzles, not even a dribble. They can't be clogged already on a brand new truck. And nothing's spraying all over the ground from a hose not being connected to the nozzles. I thought maybe the lines were empty and it needed quite a bit of priming but I've held the handle back towards me and activated them til the motor quit after about 10 seconds (presumably auto shut off so you don't run it dry? I don't know). In any event, I'm stumped. Anyone else encountered this and been able to figure out what the problem was?

Hey, did you manage to get this fixed or know what was the cause for this issue? Mine has the same issue as you've describe, motor is running, washer fluid is full, but not spraying.

Same issue here, except it's a tiny dribble spray that barely gets to the glass.

Started suddenly, both sides same, washer res is full.

Posting this a little late but I had the same problem. Check under the hood and make sure the line from the washer tank isn't pinched under the hood. That is what my problem was and I just wiggled it free and now it's all good and working.

Very first bottle of washer fluid with additives caused the filter to clog. They fixed it with the warning next one would not be under warranty.

Was told to ONLY use super cheap basic washer fluid. After looking into it, anything like rain ex with any kind of silicone additive is problematic and got rain ex class action sued.
