I use my charging stand at night to charge my phone and it works great. For some reason, automobile manufacturers can't figure it out.
It really blows my mind just how bad automotive wireless chargers are. And I've had that issue in Audi's, GMC's, Etc. They're more or less maintainers with a heating function. Even my cheapo wireless charger at work charges better than the one in my A6

Bought a new phone and the charger now works fast and without any issues.

Fuse #3 according to the manual, doesn't list anything else shared. I had my dash cam tapped into that fuse but changed it. Fuse #3 always has power but the wireless charger only works with key on.
Can we get a confirmation that removing the #3 fuse will not cause any problems ?

I found something interesting the other day. At first my new Motorola 5G power worked fine then I put a heavy duty cover on AND changed my "battery" settings in my phone. I turned off battery saver, turned on battery optimizer and battery overcharge protection. Thought i was doing a good thing.

Now I realized that now my wireless charger wasn't working. Took the case off and it still wasn't working. Hmmmmm... sounds like a lot of people here. Since it wasn't working I put back on my huge protective cover and just accepted it.

On a whim I went into my phone's setting and turned off all the battery saver, optimizer and overcharging settings. No particular reason but I don't leave my phone plugged in for days. Just a few hours at most.

Lo and behold my phone now charges in its wireless charging pad in the truck with the huge cover on. I tried it twice and each time I turned on all the Nanny battery setting the wireless charging stopped. I don't know why but it seemed to me to stop the mysterious non charging issue.

Can someone verify that pulling #3 fuse will take care of disconnecting the charger ?
